Terms of Use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These terms govern the relationship between you and the app's developer, Mehmet İlyas İnce ("we"), while you use the Aurasity app ("Aurasity", "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.
1. Description of the service
Aurasity is a productivity app that offers its focus (timer), tasks, routine planning, and profile/statistics sections free of charge. It also includes Aura, an optional AI chat companion; Aura unlocks with an Aurasity Pro subscription (see Section 4).
2. The nature of the app — not a medical device
Aurasity is not a medical device, does not provide a diagnosis, and does not offer treatment. The profile test is a structured tool that helps you recognize your own working tendencies; its results cannot be interpreted as a medical evaluation.
Aura is not a source of medical or psychological advice. Aura is a chat companion that listens to your everyday concerns, tries to lift your mood, and offers small suggestions — it is not a therapist, a doctor, or a crisis line, and it does not act as one.
If you're in an emergency, call your local emergency number. If you have a serious concern about your mental health, consult a professional. When Aura detects a message carrying a self-harm signal, it stops the conversation and shows a fixed card directing you to a professional; that is the most Aura is able to do.
3. AI can make mistakes
Aura's replies are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini). These replies may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or misleading. Don't blindly trust anything Aura says; you are responsible for the decisions you make, especially on matters such as health, legal, or financial topics.
Aura never modifies any of your records on its own: when it suggests adding, deleting, or postponing a task/routine item, it first asks for your approval, and the app itself only performs the action once you approve it.
4. Aurasity Pro subscription
Aurasity Pro is the subscription tier that unlocks Aura. The rest of the app (Focus, Tasks, Routine, Profile) is used free of charge and does not require a subscription.
| Product | Aurasity Pro — access to the Aura chat companion |

| Renewal | The subscription renews automatically at the end of the term unless you cancel |
| Payment | Charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase |

| Price changes | Prices may change from time to time; before a price increase applies to an existing subscriber, you'll be notified and your consent will be requested per App Store rules |

5. Fair use — 100 messages per week
While using Aura, a fair-use limit of 100 messages per week per person applies. The counter resets every Monday.
This limit exists so everyone can access Aura fairly and to prevent abuse of the service. On the Aura Pro screen you'll see the phrase "fair use" instead of this number; the word "unlimited" never appears anywhere, because that would be misleading given that a limit exists behind the scenes. As you approach the limit (around 80% of it) you'll see a gentle reminder; once you reach it, Aura will tell you it renews on Monday.
6. Terms of use
- There is no specific age requirement to use the app, but Aura's content is offered according to the App Store's age rating.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Please take care not to share your account (if any) or your device with others.
7. Unacceptable use
You may not use the app or Aura to:
- Produce or share illegal, threatening, harassing content, or content that violates someone else's rights,
- Call Aura repeatedly with automated tools (bots, scripts) in an attempt to exceed the fair-use limit,
- Reverse-engineer the app or the services behind it, or attempt unauthorized access to its source code or the underlying model,
- Use the app while impersonating someone else or to mislead others.
If we detect a violation of these rules, we may suspend or terminate your access.
8. Content and data
Content you enter into the app (tasks, routines, what you write to Aura) belongs to you. How this data is processed and where it goes is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Aurasity and Aura are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Aura's responses.
- We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use, or inability to use, the app.
This limitation does not remove any rights that applicable consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
10. Relationship with Apple's standard license agreement
When you download the app through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies between you and us. These terms supplement that agreement; in the event of any conflict, the minimum terms set out in Apple's standard EULA prevail.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes (for example, a change to the fair-use limit or the subscription price) will be announced within the app.
